JOB TITLE: Operations Finance Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Working with minimum supervision, responsible for development of new financial systems, as well as the maintenance, monitoring, and enhancing of existing systems, evaluating the adequacy and implementing improvements to those systems, in accordance with FASB, IASB, IRS, and SEC regulations pertaining to the General Accounting and Cost Accounting for Manufacturing Operations. Responsible for actual input of complex accounting or financial transactions and management for cost accounting and related financial analysis staff. Accountable for the specific financial functions including financial reporting for manufacturing operating units, planning, strategic direction setting, and cross-functional support of the manufacturing operations area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
Minimum 10 years experience, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
Skills
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
MBA or CPA preferred.
-Or-
An equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range: $114,500.00 to $143,100.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Target Bonus on Base: 15.0%
