TEEMA Group seeks a hands-on Plant Controller to oversee financials for a manufacturing facility in Richmond, VA. You will partner with plant leadership, cross-functional teams, and the shared services group to guide budgeting, reporting, and process improvements.

The role requires cost accounting, FP&A, and manufacturing experience, plus strong Excel and SAP expertise. Travel ~5% and a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of general accounting experience with FP&A.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• 3+ years of SAP ERP experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~5% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee plant financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, annual, and in-month financial reports for management.
• Maintain standard costs and perform variance, profitability, and KPI analysis.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify financial and operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Support the annual operating budget and ongoing forecasts.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and provide management insights.
• Monitor assets, including inventory and capital assets, ensuring safeguards.
• Assist with cash planning and forecasting for the plant.
• Support operational decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with shared services and global finance to improve processes and models.
