The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing finance, strong cost accounting, and ERP transition experience, with hands-on Excel and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance/controlling experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience as Plant Controller, Cost Controller, or similar role.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting and inventory control experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the plant's manufacturing cost control processes.
• Track estimated vs actual materials, labor hours and costs; monitor variances.
• Lead year-end physical inventory and reconcile with accounting records.
• Support transition from Sage to Epicor; document processes and assist data migration.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for plant performance.
• Develop capital investment business cases; analyze ROI and payback.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quoting, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive cost visibility and accountability.
