Job summary

Saica Pack US in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a motivated Controller to join our corrugated packaging manufacturing team. This role focuses on budgeting, financial reporting, and cost tracking, with collaboration across operations, HR, purchasing, and corporate finance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting and finance, be trainable, and eager to grow into a long-term financial leadership role within Saica's manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business (or related field).
• Basic understanding of budgeting, AP, AR, financial reporting, and P&L analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; open to feedback and development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Easily trainable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and management of plant budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support monthly financial closing activities and reporting.
• Analyze plant P&L statements and identify cost trends.
• Assist with variance analysis related to labor, production, scrap, overtime, and operational expenses.
• Support AP and AR processes.
