Jvis USA, Llc in Ohio is seeking a Plant Controller to support manufacturing profitability through financial controls, monthly close, variance analysis and reporting to the VP of Finance.
You will partner with management across production, operations, and sales to drive cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, while maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on proficiency with SAP, AS/400 and MS Office.
SUMMARY: The Plant Controller is primary responsible to support the Manufacturing facility and is responsible for assisting with financial controls. The position will interact with management, sales and operations and provide support for the achievement of business objectives and growth initiatives. Plant Controller is responsible for monthly operational reporting, planning, monthly closing and analysis of variances from budget and forecast. This positions reports to the VP of Finance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 3 – 5 years financial experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. 2 -4 years management experience in an office setting preferred. Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access. Knowledge of SAP, AS/400 and Mainframe systems preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail orientated and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. High Integrity.
