Position Overview: As a Plant Controller in Solon, OH, you will provide financial leadership to support business decision-making, aiming to maximize long-term value, cash flows, and shareholder returns within the Americas Packaging Division. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in accounting/finance, with 3-4 years in manufacturing, and will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with plant management and be part of the Site Leadership team.
• Review month-end results: P&L and Balance Sheet, including variance analysis.
• Present financial results to regional and senior management.
• Oversee monthly close, including reconciliations and revenue/expense reporting.
• Create financial forecasts and conduct analyses.
• Support the development of the annual operating plan.
• Ensure SOX compliance.
• Support operational continuous improvement and capital spending requests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years in an accounting/finance role.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%.

Compensation: $99,825 - $133,100 annually.
