Tenneco in Alaska is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the Plant Finance team and drive financial performance across budgeting, costing, reporting, and controls.
You will partner with plant leadership to optimize working capital, ensure GAAP compliance, and implement continuous improvement in finance processes.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing finance leadership; strong communication and ownership are essential.

The Plant Controller is the leader of the Plant Finance team. You will be responsible for all aspects of finance, including Financial Analysis, Reporting, Budgeting, Standard Costing, understanding of variance to plan and implementing Operational Controls. You will drive and support the business partnership with plant leadership & regional finance leadership. You will leverage your finance knowledge to communicate to the workforce their ownership of the facility’s financial objectives.
