Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, or finance.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing industry or with manufacturing clients.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports, statements, projections.

Responsibilities

• Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies.
• Monitoring and enforcing internal controls.
• Prepare financial and capital budgets by creating and updating financial schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, and providing financial recommendations.
• Achieves budget objectives by analyzing and reporting on variances.
• Tracking and monitoring financial results from Procurement and CI led initiatives, and other plant profitability initiatives identified through the company’s budgeting, S&OP.
• Travel required- Specifically, but not limited to local, domestic and onternational within North America for training and company business as required.

I am looking to hire a full-time Plant Controller for a reputable manufacturing company here in Oak Creek, WI (53154). This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay: $115,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) & Benefits

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F

Remote: Mostly onsite, but some flexibility

Responsibilities:
