Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. seeks a Plant Controller in Bucks County, PA to oversee two U.S. manufacturing sites, manage P&L, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure strong internal controls.

You will partner with plant leadership to identify cost savings and operational improvements, while coordinating with external tax and audit partners in a cloud ERP environment. • Own balance sheet and P&L preparation, monthly close, and performance reporting.
• Lead cost accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Partner with plant and operations leadership on cost savings, expenditures, inventory, fixed assets, and operational improvements.
• Support design, implementation, testing, and finance & accounting systems, coordinate with external tax and audit partners.

Young, growing, mid-size manufacturer adding a Plant Controller to join their growing finance team.
