Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Finance Manager in Minneapolis, MN, who will oversee cost accounting and lead plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly in manufacturing.

• 5+ years experience in cost accounting with a preference to a manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Live the safety stance, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities.
• Ensure the proper existence of compliance and internal controls.
• Partner with Plant Leader to lead operations planning and plant processes.
• Conduct financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and encourage effective decision‑making.
• Actively lead and contribute within a cross‑functional leadership team.
• Drive plant productivity.
• Lead a team of 3 direct reports in purchasing, buying, raw materials and shipping/transportation.

The base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $140,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
