Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close.
• Oversee and enhance cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
• Serve as the SAP subject matter expert for finance, driving system improvements and ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on cost accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is required.
