The Job:

As a Multi-Site Controller, you’ll be part of our STANLEY® Engineered Fastening Finance team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:

• As a Multi-Site Controller, you will be part of our STANLEY® Engineered Fastening Finance team and serve as a key finance leader supporting multiple manufacturing locations.STANLEY® Engineered Fastening (SEF) is a division of Stanley Black & Decker with approximately $2B in annual revenue.

• SEF serves the Automotive & Light Equipment EV, Industrial, and Aerospace industries, with operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. SEF offers an innovative and diversified portfolio of fastening products and solutions designed to improve customer efficiency and productivity.

• Provide finance leadership for operations in Hopkinsville, Kentucky—the third largest site in the network—as well as our operation in Stanfield.

• Partner closely with operations leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, improve productivity and cash outcomes, and provide strategic decision support across both locations.

• Role will have one direct report, a Cost Analyst, and will be responsible for coaching, development, and performance leadership for that position.

• Highly visible role requiring strong business partnership, operational finance expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex manufacturing network.

• Serve as the lead finance business partner for the Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Stansfield operations, providing financial insight, decision support, and performance visibility to site and operations leadership.

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and performance reporting processes across assigned locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.

• Translate financial and operational results into clear recommendations that improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and cash performance.

• Partner with operations, engineering, procurement, supply chain, and plant leadership to identify and execute cost reduction, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and ad hoc financial assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Standardize and improve financial processes, reporting routines, and operating disciplines across multiple sites to drive consistency, efficiency, and value creation.

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal financial policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards across assigned sites.

• Maintain strong oversight of internal controls and asset protection, including inventory controls, excess and obsolete analysis, cycle counting, physical inventory processes, and fixed asset management.

• Lead standard costing processes across assigned sites, including annual cost rolls, cost build-up reviews, and communication of cost changes to finance and operational stakeholders.

• Support transformation and integration initiatives that enhance financial rigor, operational effectiveness, and enterprise alignment.

• Coach and develop finance talent while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the site finance organization.

• Expertise in all MS Office, JD Edwards, Sage Fixed Assets, or Hyperion Financial Management a plus.

The Salary range for this position is $95,600.00 - $153,900.00
