Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Plant Controller who can translate shop floor data into the P&L and influence operational decisions from the plant floor. You’ll own the financial reporting and partner with production leadership to drive performance.

In this role you’ll develop and maintain plant accounting systems, monitor spending with variance analyses, and enforce internal controls to protect assets and assure policy compliance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or plant environment
• A working understanding of how plant operations actually function, not just how to account for them
• The ability to build relationships across departments and drive alignment on financial priorities
• A knack for pushing issues to resolution rather than just flagging them
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
