Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to oversee financial operations at the plant level and partner with operations leadership in a hybrid Staunton, VA environment. This hands-on finance role focuses on cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and close processes.

You will support budgets, forecasts, audits, and provide actionable insights to improve cost control and operational performance, with high visibility within plant operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in a plant or operations environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and plant financials.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with plant and operations leadership.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or CMA preferred but not required.
