Job summary

InnoSource is seeking a Plant Controller for our Clarksdale, MS manufacturing facility to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory analysis, and internal controls while partnering with plant leadership to drive performance.

The role is full-time, 1st shift, on-site with a pay rate of $40 per hour. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3–5 years of accounting or manufacturing finance experience are preferred;

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close helps.
• Manufacturing or plant cost accounting experience is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a Plant Controller to oversee financial operations for our Fortune500 manufacturing facility in Clarksdale. In this role you will:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Control inventory and conduct cost analyses
• Partner with plant leadership to inform business decisions

Pay: $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 1st shift

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze plant costs, inventory, and operational performance.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge – Plant Controller

• Pay: $40.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Manufacturing or plant accounting experience preferred.

Education and Experience – Plant Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing finance (preferred).
• Manufacturing, plant, or cost accounting experience (strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end close activities (preferred).
• Experience with inventory accounting and financial controls (a plus).
