Job summary

Conagra Brands in Oakdale, CA seeks an experienced operations leader to expand the Conagra Performance System (CPS) and drive plant performance improvements. You will lead efforts to eliminate losses and optimize productivity with site leadership and a mix of hourly and salaried team members.

You will own multiple CPS pillars (FI, CSD, AMD), coach teams to analyze data, deliver KPI-driven projects, and advance digital tools while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transformation

Qualifications

7+ years of plant-based operations experience in food/CPG manufacturing.
7+ years of experience in TPM-based continuous improvements, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma.
7+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders of all CPS Pillars.
Own multiple CPS Pillars, including FI, CSD, and AMD.
Collaborate with other functions within the site to drive continuous improvement activities and results in all areas of the plant.
Coach teams to analyze data, prioritize projects, use problem-solving tools, and implement systemic solutions.
Lead the execution of projects to deliver KPIs.
Promote CPS concepts through coaching and auditing across the plant.
Foster a culture of technological transformation through digital tools.
Engage with Continuous Improvement leaders at enterprise and plant levels to share best practices.
