We're looking for a reliable, self-managed technician who can handle a route, communicate with customers, and consistently deliver quality work.

This is not a role where you're micromanaged. You'll be trusted to manage your schedule, complete services correctly, and represent the company professionally.

If you've struggled with consistency, accountability, or working independently, this won't be the right fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform inspections and identify pest activity
• Apply treatments safely and effectively
• Manage a daily service route and stay on schedule
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and expectations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentationKeep your vehicle, equipment, and materials organized
