About the Role

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our field team as Pest Control Technicians. You'll perform residential and commercial pest control and lawn care treatments across Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties — protecting homes and keeping customers happy.

No experience required. We'll train you on everything — products, equipment, customer service, and Florida pest biology. You'll earn your state certification on our dime and hit the road in a fully equipped company truck.

What You'll Do

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments on residential and commercial properties
• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest prevention
• Conduct thorough property inspections and identify pest activity, entry points, and conditions
• Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers
• Complete digital service reports with photos after every visit
• Maintain your truck, equipment, and product inventory
• Follow all state and EPA safety regulations for chemical application
• Respond to callback requests and ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently on a daily route

A Day in the Life

You start the morning by checking your route on the Waves tech portal — 8‑12 stops across Bradenton, Sarasota, or Venice depending on the day. Your truck is stocked and ready.

At each stop, you inspect the property, apply the right treatment (pest control, lawn care, or both), document everything with photos, and talk to the customer if they're home. You answer questions, flag anything unusual, and move to the next stop.

By the afternoon you've helped a dozen families stay pest-free. You head back, restock your truck, and you're done for the day. No cold calls. No office politics. Just honest work with a team that has your back.
