  3. Lead trainings on common pest identification, treatment and diseases.
  4. Assist the company in budgeting for the department while continually monitoring and controlling project costs.
  5. Ensure that application processes and all IPM plans under your supervision comply with local, state, and federal pesticide application laws and regulations.
  6. Apply pesticides, insecticides, herbicides and/or fertilizers on specified areas.

  8. Identify necessary PPE for pesticide application and properly operate and wear all personal protective equipment (PPE).
  9. Maintain and operate application equipment.
  10. Explain to customer(s) the service that is being conducted during each visit, answering any questions about the service before or afterwards.
  11. Maintain a safe and orderly workspace and work vehicle for mixing chemicals and storing equipment.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed pesticide application records.

Work sites can be indoors or outdoors, depending on the project. Unlike many other companies, we do snow removal, holiday decor and training to help keep you working through the winter.

We offer a competitive benefit and compensation program including:

  1. Weekly pay.
  2. Health, dental and vision insurance.
  3. 401(k)/Roth with match.
  4. Profit Sharing.
  5. Basic Life and voluntary Life Insurance.
  6. Paid training.
  7. Paid Time Off.
  8. Paid Holidays.
  9. Annual uniform allowance and much more!

The ideal candidate will have a 2- or 4- year degree in horticulture or related field or proven relevant experience. Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance and IPM processes and applications.

A valid class B CDL is preferred with a pesticide applicators license (3.0) a plus.
