Job summary

PUREM in Louisville, KY seeks a full-time procurement specialist to interface with external suppliers and internal teams. You will ensure supply continuity, maintain master data in SAP, and generate POs and scheduling agreements while supporting pricing accuracy and budget processes.

You will collaborate with ASC/Program teams, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help drive successful launches through effective supplier coordination and data management.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP-based procurement workflows preferred.
• Strong data integrity and master data maintenance in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for suppliers and internal stakeholders in case of problems or deficiencies (e.g. disputes, invoice deviations, supply issues).
• Create and maintain vendor records/material master data in SAP.
• Create purchase orders (OTS-PO, Tooling-PO, PPAP Order) in SAP and track timing and order confirmations.
• Create scheduling agreements in SAP and ensure accurate pricing in SAP.
• Support and participate in annual budget process; prepare material price planning per supplier.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and report on VAVE projects.
• Coordinate local RFQ for indirect material, MRO and Services; create POs accordingly.
• Participate in IPT and MPT and report results.
