Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field preferred; Masters preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product formulation and processing equipment.
• Experience with dairy and non-dairy proteins and functional ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Support R&I strategy and translate business dynamics to product design.
• Deliver productivity, renovation and innovation programs for new platforms.
• Plan and execute bench, pilot, and plant trials; analyze results for next steps.
• Develop product formulas and specs to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to scoping new ideas for R&I and category strategy.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to guide product development.
