Job summary

Buff City Soap Midwest is seeking a friendly Team Member to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store. You will be trained to assist guests, sell products, and participate in making plant-based soaps.

Weekend shifts are required, and you will help maintain inventory and store presentation. The role includes processing purchases, achieving sales goals, and supporting events while upholding a positive, inclusive store culture for team and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
• Part-time position up to 30 hours per week, based on business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they enter the store.
• Provide excellent service by assessing guests’ needs and offering suitable products.
• Achieve sales goals and inform guests about rewards programs and promotions.
• Process POS purchases and follow cash handling policy.
• Maintain product inventory and ensure quality standards.
• Keep a safe and clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Support in marketing events and store initiatives.
