Job summary

Beyond Meat, Inc., also known as Beyond The Plant Protein Company™, is seeking a Production Operator for the Pilot Plant in El Segundo, CA to support the production and packaging of plant-based products that meet quality and safety standards.

You will monitor equipment, prepare machinery for sanitation, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience preferred, strong teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience, especially food manufacturing, preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow safety rules and GMPs.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
• Must be able to work individually in a team environment.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Flexibility to work any/all shifts to support a high growth work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and maintain a safe, high-quality, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized; janitorial duties as assigned.
• Prepare machinery and tools for sanitation and assist with cleaning of machinery.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer product where needed.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in safe condition and suggest improvements.
