Responsibilities

• Complete daily production tasks.
• Weigh out ingredients.
• Verify and record ingredient lot numbers.
• Verify and record ingredient lot changes.
• Complete accurate batching documentation.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel for ingredients.
• Follow GMPs and Food Safety Plan to ensure safe, quality product.
• Maintain a clean production environment.
• Display cooperativeness.
• Ensure maximum production efficiency.
• Effectively communicate issues with mixer lead.
• Effectively understand allergen sequencing.
• Effectively operate equipment.
• Complete equipment setup/breakdown as needed.
