Qualifications

• Passion for plant-based foods and healthy eating.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: clean and prepare fresh produce; measure and mix ingredients; ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Cooking: prepare plant-based dishes, cold-pressed juices; operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and surfaces after use.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food safety and sanitation.
