Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Plant A Analyzer Technician located in Freeport, TX. You will provide specialized technical support for project teams, operations and maintenance, applying Most Effective Technology and industry best practices.

Responsibilities include maintaining inspection records, calibrating analytical systems, and ensuring safety in design. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are required, with TWIC eligibility and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical education preferred.
• 2+ years in Instrumentation & Electrical tech or related military experience.
• Experience with maintenance workflows across crafts; strong communication skills.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license and TWIC eligibility.
• Ability to read drawings and follow specifications; safety aware.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inspection and maintenance records in electronic systems.
• Ensure inspections, reviews, drawings and specs are followed by teams.
• Prioritize safety in design and calibration of analytical systems.
• Calibrate and perform preventive maintenance on analytical equipment.
• Evaluate data validity, interpret results, and take action.
• Adhere to EH&S and ODMS procedures for tasks.
