Job summary

Lincoln Search Consultants is partnering with a large manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Accounting Manager for a key facility in Northwest Oklahoma. You will lead plant-level accounting, product costing, financial close, and cost analysis, while guiding the accounting team and coordinating with plant operations and corporate finance.

For candidates outside the area, a comprehensive relocation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing and/or product costing experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with finance and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly plant financial close activities.
• Prepare, review, and analyze product costing and related journal entries.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, production activity, inventory, and variances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and plant-level financial reporting.
• Develop and analyze operational and financial KPIs.
• Support inventory accounting, reconciliations, and finished goods reporting.
• Track capital project spending and support project close-out to fixed assets.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation in a SOX environment.
• Partner with internal and external auditors as needed.
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development to accounting staff.

• Northwest Oklahoma | Fully Onsite

Lincoln Search Consultants is partnering with a large, established manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Accounting Manager for a key operating facility in Northwest Oklahoma.

This is a highly visible role with responsibility for plant-level accounting, product costing, financial close, inventory and cost analysis, capital project accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting. The position will also provide leadership to members of the accounting team and work closely with both plant operations and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support monthly plant financial close activities
• Prepare, review, and analyze product costing and related journal entries
