Prosum is seeking an AutoCAD Plant 3D Designer for our Simi Valley, CA location. The role focuses on developing piping models, isometrics, and construction drawings within Plant 3D, with pipeline design and as-built project experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Plant 3D skills, plus familiarity with Civil 3D and related design coordination. This full-time position offers a salary around $85k and requires strong detail orientation and independent work capability.

Competenze

• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Plant 3D, including 3D plant modeling and piping design.
• Basic working knowledge of Civil 3D and ability to coordinate with civil/site design information.
• Design experience in Civil, Structural, Instrumentation, Electrical, Piping, Mechanical, or Architectural.
• Strong knowledge of discipline-specific design principles, industry codes, and engineering standards.
• Advanced experience with design/visualization software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, PDS, AVEVA E3D, or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret and apply company procedures, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of document control and drawing management systems.
• Experience with laser scanning software such as LFM or similar.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Efficient and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
