Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is hiring a Planogram Specialist for an onsite role with partial remote Fridays. The position focuses on planogram and space planning across Boise, ID and Phoenix, AZ, collaborating with retailers and clients to optimize fixture placement and category performance.

Requires 2–4 years in planograms, familiarity with space planning tools, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, grocery, and CPG.
• 2–4 years of experience with planograms or floorplans.
• Experience with space planning analysis and assortment analytics.
• Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partners with retailers to develop space and floor planning strategies, providing data‑driven insights on fixture placement and/or category performance.
• Planogram development.
• Manages multiple project timelines in assigned spaces ensuring each process is thoroughly followed.
• Leverages data analysis, market trends, and external resources to optimize space utilization and support strategic merchandising decisions.
• Provide support for associates on corporate merchandising principles and practices and maintain accurate growth‑oriented plans that align with customers’ goals.
