Job summary

Acosta is seeking motivated merchandisers for the Mandate Retail Service to perform reset and remodel work across store locations. You will read plan-o-grams, place items, update signage, and ensure planogram integrity while collaborating with store teams and managers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a team. This full-time role requires reliable transportation and comfort with lift and move duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience reading plan-o-grams; retail and reset experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations.
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities.
• Able and willing to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset/remodel projects.
• Move and clean shelves, install racks/fixtures, display merchandise and tag items.
• Collaborate with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence.
• Report observations and issues to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager.
• Use web-based applications to manage schedules, assignments, and documentation.
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to reset/remodel work.
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to unsafe acts or conditions.
