Job summary

Ektello is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Data Operations Specialist to join onsite in Plano, TX. You will manage order and sales data, oversee master data, and support CPFR processes to improve forecasting and replenishment.

The role requires data engineering, modeling, and demand planning expertise to drive operational efficiency and actionable insights for planning teams. The position is fully onsite in Plano with a 6+ month contract and potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in General Business, Sales Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in order/sales data management, inventory control, and business operations.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and working with data-driven planning processes.
• Advanced MS Excel and data reporting skills (pivot tables, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Manage and export system-based data and customer data for real-time visibility of sales, POs, and channel inventory.
• Maintain and update master data for items and channels to support data transformation and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate weekly production confirmation, on-hand and aging stock clearance, and PO tracking.
• Publish daily/weekly KPI reports and provide early warnings to drive corrective actions.
• Support CPFR processes by generating and distributing internal reports for weekly planning meetings.
• Load PSI data and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment.
