• Provide support to the Planning Division including research, code interpretation, plan review, permit review, addressing, and ongoing activities.
• Monitor and track permit inquiries and applications; coordinate deadlines with staff, developers, and property owners; record official documents.
• Manage simple development applications through the development review process; guide applicants; prepare staff reports and attachments.
• May present to the Neighborhood Board of Adjustments regarding zoning variances.
• Provide information and assistance to staff, the public, and developers on land use, zoning, ordinances, plans, and regulations.
• Serve as initial contact for inquiries; respond or forward; track information requests and research issues.
