Job summary

Vistra Nuclear Operations Company in Oak Harbor, Ohio is seeking a Planning Support - Electrical to develop maintenance work packages for corrective and other activities at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. You will perform job walk-downs, initiate permits, and provide detailed work instructions to ensure timely completion and compliance with site procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 5 years of nuclear plant electrical/operations experience, or an engineering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years related field experience in Electrical or Operations at a nuclear power plant or an engineering degree in lieu of experience.
• Strong ability to collect and analyze complex technical data from manuals, drawings, schematics and specifications.
• Proven leadership, planning, time management and interpersonal skills.

In lieu of experience a degree in engineering is required· Ability to collect and analyze complex technical data from multiple sources (i.e. technical manuals, drawings, weld drawings, electrical and I&C schematics, procedures, and specifications)· Strong leadership skills for planning, being self-directed and working with peers and others. Strong communications, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills.· Proficient with MAXIMO, Microsoft Office Applications, including word, Excel and PowerPoint.
