Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Prefers 6 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, planning, or a related field.
Prefers 3 or more years of leadership experience.
Verbal and written communication skills - Expert.
Preparing & presenting complex data to senior management - Expert.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - Expert.
Knowledge of Production Scheduling, Master Production Scheduling, MRP, Demand Management, S&OP, and Stock Policy - Expert.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Expert.
Business acumen - Advanced.
Leadership skills – Advanced.
Prefers APICS CPIM.
Prefers Lean Six Sigma Certification.
