The Opportunity:

GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of major hyperscale data center developments across the United States. As the Schedule Manager, you will lead the planning and scheduling function on behalf of the client, ensuring integrated project programs are developed, maintained, analyzed, and communicated throughout the full project lifecycle.

Working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Design Teams, Construction Teams, Commercial Teams, Project Controls, Commissioning Teams, consultants, and contractors, you will oversee program development, progress monitoring, schedule analysis, delay mitigation, reporting, and planning governance from design through commissioning and client handover.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering some of North America's largest mission-critical developments while shaping best practice across Planning and Project Controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Scope & Delivery Management
  • Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and governance of integrated master project schedules.
  • Manage project program across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Review and approve contractor schedule submissions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
  • Lead critical path analysis, schedule optimization, and program recovery planning.
  • Ensure integration of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client milestones within the overall program.
2. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Lead planning coordination across Project Management, Design, Construction, Commercial, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams.
  • Chair planning meetings, schedule workshops, and progress review meetings.
  • Present programupdates, milestones, and schedule performance to senior client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate program inputs from multiple contractors and consultants.
  • Drive program ownership across all delivery teams.
3. Risk & Compliance Management
  • Lead identification and management of program risks and schedule mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee delay analysis, forensic schedule reviews, and impact assessments.
  • Evaluate contractor recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assess programimplications arising from change events and contractual variations.
  • Ensure planning activities comply with client governance procedures, contractual obligations, and reporting standards.
4. Reporting & Documentation
  • Produce executive-level program reports, dashboards, and planning metrics.
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting to senior project leadership and client representatives.
  • Maintain program records, milestone trackers, change logs, and delay registers.
  • Prepare critical path analysis, look-ahead programs recovery schedules, and performance reports.
  • Support strategic project reviews through high-quality planning documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Controls, Construction, Commercial, BIM, Design, Quality, Safety, and Commissioning teams.
  • Ensure integration between program cost, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client reporting.
  • Drive planning standards, governance procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to the development of the planning function.
  • Promote a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach across the project team
