Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a procurement/inventory specialist to develop and maintain production schedules, coordinate shipments and procurement of materials, and ensure accurate data across inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product production schedule.
• Coordinate shipments of product to and from 3rd party re-packer.
• Coordinate the procurement of support material.
• Maintain purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Manage cycle counting program – including explanation of variances.
• Assist in periodic and scheduled audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data.
• Manage contracts and quality assurances issues.
• Provide procurement services for Production and Processing.
• Analyze, correct, and enter daily data collection systems as needed for department.
• Maintain accurate files.
• Backup team members as needed.
• Set up and maintain all raw material deliveries (schedules).
• Maintain minimum stock dollars.
• Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is $32.91 - $35.97 USD.
