The role requires strong knowledge of construction documents and 2D/3D model interpretation, with experience in BIM tools and coordination with project teams. The position emphasizes preconstruction, pre-fabrication, and optimization of layouts, with opportunities to improve standards and workflows while collaborating

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular contact with project personnel and coordination with designers, owners, and subcontractors.
• Outlines job specifications and reviews material submittals for project requirements.
• Supports preconstruction, pre-fabrication and construction teams with electrical/systems/ construction related issues.
• Aids in the creation of detailed bill of materials.
• Educates field personnel on layout/design processes and supports project efforts.
• Creates detailed layout drawings adhering to company standards.
• Seeks ways to infuse quality and labor savings into layouts and workflows.
