Job Description

A local authority based in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful applicant will be required to draft planning agreements, manage S.106 agreements and S.278 highways agreements. You will ideally have local government experience and will need a current practising certificate. A basic DBS is required for this role.

The council can consider someone either part-time 3 days per week (22 hours) or full time. They will consider remote working for the right candidate.
