1.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for railway and road infrastructure projects.
2.Use project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to create and monitor schedules.
3.Liaise with external stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, consultants, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
4.Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives.
5.Track the progress of ongoing railway and road construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
6.Identify potential risks (technical, financial, environmental, etc.) that may affect project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
7.Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams involved in project planning and execution.
8.Evaluate and approve vendor and subcontractor bids, ensuring that they align with the projects quality and cost requirements.
