Job summary

Infravision in San Francisco is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives, coordinating timelines, resources and procurement to deliver projects on schedule.

The role requires coordinating with air operations, SCM, finance and HR, and maintaining safe, compliant project execution while providing clear status updates and guiding a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Evaluate and select contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs and report on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, prioritising a safe working environment for all involved.
• Manage project documentation, including SOPs, HIRA, HAZCOMs, DPRs etc.
• Conduct regular meetings to facilitate communication, address challenges and to meet project objectives and maintain the MoM’s.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.
• Close collaboration with cross functions like Air Ops, Projects, SCM, Finance, HR for the smooth functioning of the project.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
