Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Planning & Development Project Manager to support the Education Sector. The ideal candidate will manage, oversee and coordinate all facets of pre-construction, project development, bid/award, and project close-out phase of all assigned projects. As a Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with the design team to maintain the approved project scope. Your responsibilities include organizing and preparing reports for upper management, coordinating with public agencies, monitoring project budgets, and resolving complex planning and construction issues. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing public/educational or commercial projects, you’ll ensure project scopes align with approved definitions. Proficiency in managing educational modernization projects is preferred.
