Job summary

DataAnalystJobs seeks an Analyst to join our Demand Planning team to handle daily data tasks, input forecast updates, manage trade promotions, and ensure smooth item flow from NetSuite into Confido. You will also verify pricing and upload Excel files as needed across our systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with Sales and Supply Planners, and maintaining scalable processes to support rapid growth in the CPG space. Hybrid/remote options available in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CPG, sales operations, or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain all key inputs in Confido, forecast entries, pricing, new item setup, product and retailer mapping, and trade promotions (when needed)
• Partner with Sales and Supply Planners, and other teams as needed, to translate FLINT submissions and other inputs into Confido
• Monitor all Confido modules for data integrity, reconciling against NetSuite and other source documents and flagging discrepancies
• Assist Finance with coding customer deductions and supporting dispute resolution
• Prepare recurring reports and data pulls for the team
• Keep documentation and process checklists current so the work is repeatable and scalable

About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Demand Planning team and support our rapid growth in the CPG space. We need a dedicated team member to handle the day-to-day operational tasks so our leadership can focus on higher-level strategic work. In this position, you'll be responsible for data entry into Confido (our trade promotion and forecasting platform), entering forecast updates, managing trade promotions, ensuring new items flow correctly from NetSuite into Confido, verifying pricing accuracy, and manually uploading Excel files into our systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain all key inputs in Confido, forecast entries, pricing, new item setup, product and retailer mapping, and trade promotions (when needed)
• Partner with Sales and Supply Planners, and other teams as needed, to translate FLINT submissions and other inputs into Confido

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Circana, NielsenIQ) and trade promotion management systems is a plus
• NetSuite experience is a plus

• Compensation: The salary range is $55,000-$65,000; final salary offer based on experience and skillset.
