Glass House Amarillo Cultivation in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support cultivation planning, data management, and interdepartmental coordination. The role focuses on organizing work orders, tracking crop cycles, and ensuring timely sign-offs.

The candidate will collaborate with IPM, Metrc, and Labor teams, maintain documentation, and communicate in English and Spanish. A 40-hour week and OSHA-compliant PPE are required.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Cultivation, IPM, Metrc and Labor teams to manage work orders and crop timing.
• Update weekly work orders and adjust changes per approval procedures.
• Data entry and maintenance of information in Excel and centralized network.
• Plan transfers, harvests, cloning and planting orders weekly with Cultivation.
• Propose changes and alterations to future work orders with proper sign-off.
• Track plant movement and update planning documents with actuals.
• Communicate adjustments to team in English and Spanish.
• Audit labor, IPM and cultivation crews with quality reports and SOPs.

The Planning Coordinator will work with the Cultivation departments to service a variety of their planning and administrative needs. They will coordinate with IPM, Metrc and Labor teams to assist with work orders, plant movement, timing of crop cycles, data collection and organization, and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Work with growing, labor, Post-harvest, and IPM teams to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and grower's have made final sign-off
• Update weekly work orders, as well as facilitate changes according to documented approval procedures
• Data entry and maintenance of information in Excel and centralized network
• Complete weekly planning tasks with Cultivation department including confirming next week's transfer orders, harvest orders, cloning orders, and planting orders
• Propose changes and alterations to future work orders as they arise, obtain proper sign-off and make sure proper departments are informed
• Track and monitor plant movement and activities as they occur, update actuals in planning documents
• Communicate adjustments to team members in Spanish and English
• Help to maintain quality standards of greenhouse activities, including updating documentation and getting proper sign-off from department managers
• To audit labor, IPM, and cultivation crews with quality reports, as well as SOPs are
• being adhered too.
• Use required PPE per OSHA regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
