Uptime Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Planning Coordinator to coordinate material and inventory planning across Production, Project Management, and Purchasing. You’ll monitor lead times, orders, and delivery schedules, helping the team stay ahead of shortages and optimize inventory.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in material/inventory planning or related fields, strong NetSuite skills, excellent Excel ability, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in material/inventory planning, supply chain, purchasing, production planning, or related area.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, or project-based environment preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across teams.

This role will play an important part in coordinating inventory and material requirements to support our operational, production, project, and customer needs. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple departments, and able to stay ahead of material needs and potential shortages.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating material and inventory planning
• Monitoring inventory levels, purchase orders, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Identifying potential shortages, excess inventory, and supply risks
• Working closely with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Warehouse teams
• Maintaining accurate inventory, purchasing, and planning information in NetSuite
• Supporting demand planning, forecasting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
• Analyzing inventory and planning data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience preferred in material/inventory planning, supply chain, purchasing, production planning, or a related area
