Pierce County is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee infrastructure maintenance operations. This role involves planning, scheduling, and ensuring safety compliance while leading a diverse team. Why It's a Great Opportunity:In this role you will work daily with other trades, maintenance, and operations personnel to complete tasks and projects in wastewater and facility systems. You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and assigning of daily tasks, training, and ensuring safety of facility staff. This is a great opportunity to oversee the maintenance work on equipment, systems, facilities, and vendors both contracted and uncontracted. You will use asset management principles and software tools to provide innovative ideas and accountability to the communities in Pierce County.
