Job summary

Hitachi Energy Alamo, TN is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to drive strategic planning, purchasing, warehouse management, and inventory excellence across the value chain. Lead IBP, optimize fulfillment, and mentor a high-performing team in a manufacturing setting.

You will ensure compliance with regulations and guide supplier collaboration, transportation, and P2P processes while shaping best practices across the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• APICS CPIM certification.
• Lean 6S certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to align demand, supply, and financial planning.
• Develop and execute a single, integrated rolling plan to drive business performance.
• Own and optimize warehouse and inventory management processes to reduce lead times and working capital.
• Conduct value chain assessments and implement solutions to enhance service levels.
• Champion ERP best practices for inventory control and planning.
• Oversee the Procure to Pay process and ensure seamless supplier collaboration.
• Guide inbound and outbound transportation operations and administration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
