Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly analytical Planning Analyst to support a luxury women’s fashion brand in New York. The role focuses on pulling and analyzing three years of sales and inventory data across ~15 styles, validating purchase orders, and supporting production planning.

The project spans two weeks with hybrid onsite needs in Manhattan; candidates should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and building Excel-based reports and trackers to improve inventory

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, inventory analysis, allocation, merchandising analytics, or a related area.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with sales, inventory, purchase orders, and production data.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or luxury is preferred.
• Shopify experience is a plus.
• Zedonk experience is a plus.
• Matrixify experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude, is advantageous.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Flexibility to work onsite in Manhattan as needed.

We’re currently seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support an independent luxury women’s fashion brand in New York.

This is a project-based (2 weeks) , hybrid opportunity with onsite needs varying week to week. Candidates should be flexible to work in Manhattan as needed.

About the Role:

The initial focus will be on pulling and analyzing three years of historical sales and inventory data across approximately 15 styles. You’ll validate purchase orders, support production planning, and identify data discrepancies. The second phase of the project will focus more heavily on inventory control and management.
