Position Summary...
The Walmart Marketplace is a curated community of respected, professional sellers who offer only top-quality, authentic products and best-in-class customer services. The Collectibles team is a rapidly growing category within Walmart’s Marketplace. The Planning & Analysis Manager - Collectibles is responsible for developing analytical tools and reporting processes that enable key growth initiatives, driving growth for the Collectibles division of Walmart’s Marketplace.

About the Team

Our team collaborates closely with Strategic Initiatives and Strategic Account Management teams to identify reporting needs and create business insights. We are passionate about ecommerce marketplaces and are dedicated to supporting the rapid growth of the Collectibles division within Walmart’s Marketplace.

What You'll Do…

  • Develop and improve dashboards to analyze business performance, collaborating with division leadership and strategic account management teams.
  • Answer business questions and ad-hoc requests by identifying and pulling the right data to support business cases, financial forecasting, and strategic conversations.
  • Lead projects with cross-functional stakeholders, creating and owning tools for project tracking and execution.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline existing processes, such as merging multiple dashboards or reducing workload.
  • Become an expert on the Collectibles marketplace business, leveraging data and business insights to identify growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring…

  • Excellent Excel skills, including formulas such as vlookups, sumifs, and ifs.
  • Experience creating dashboards or visualizations using tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Ability to independently identify data needed to answer business questions and a curiosity about new ways to analyze problems.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to drive deliverables independently, and manage deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience identifying and driving opportunities to make existing processes more efficient.
  • High standards of quality for own work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ecommerce, ecommerce marketplace, or collectibles/re-sold merchandise business.
  • Experience with project or program management.
  • Experience with database queries (e.g., SQL).
