Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Planner Scheduler-Level 3 for a 1-year contract in Juno Beach, FL, with remote flexibility. You will support engineering and construction teams across multiple energy projects, creating and maintaining schedules using Primavera P6.

Responsibilities include monthly progress reporting, baseline versus actual analysis, and cross-functional coordination with engineers and managers to ensure on-time delivery of complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
• 3+ years of Scheduling experience desired.
• Alternatively 4+ years in Project Management with tracking against baselines.
• Team player able to gather scope, logistics and constraints.

• Collaborate with project teams to drive project success across lifecycle.

About the role:

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Or remote depending on the candidate

We are looking for a Planner Scheduler-Level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will join the Engineering and Construction on the project

Scheduling & Planning group located in Juno Beach, Florida. You will work directly with the Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early-Stage Managers and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of all energy technologies. Some examples of projects include but are not limited to Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substation, Pipelines, Combine Cycles, etc.

You will be reporting to the group Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be in charge of the preparation of monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule including critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts and recovery plans.
• In this role, you will be a key player as a member of the project scheduler/planner group in support of all innovative technologies and be exposed to various working teams to drive project success through the entire life cycle.
• Your project scheduling, management and technical skill set will be important to develop effective and accurate schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
• Must have 3+ years of Scheduling experience is desired.
• Alternatively, 4+ experience in Project Management could be also contemplated, with experience in tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Team player. Be able to interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule.
