Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Planner Scheduler-Level 3 for a 1-year contract (W-2). The role supports the Engineering and Construction group with scheduling and planning across energy technologies, reporting to the group Manager in Juno Beach, FL or remote depending on the candidate.

The successful candidate will create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate with Originators, Developers, Engineers and Construction Managers, and contribute to a broad portfolio

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or similar field.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with all project participants to gather scope and constraints.

• Support project scheduling, management and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams to drive project success.

About the role:

We are looking for a Planner Scheduler-Level 3 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You will join the Engineering and Construction on the project

Scheduling & Planning group located in Juno Beach, Florida. You will work directly with the Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early-Stage Managers and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of all energy technologies. Some examples of projects include but are not limited to Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substation, Pipelines, Combine Cycles, etc.

You will be reporting to the group Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be in charge of the preparation of monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule including critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts and recovery plans.
• In this role, you will be a key player as a member of the project scheduler/planner group in support of all innovative technologies and be exposed to various working teams to drive project success through the entire life cycle.
• Your project scheduling, management and technical skill set will be important to develop effective and accurate schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
• Must have 3+ years of Scheduling experience is desired.
• Alternatively, 4+ experience in Project Management could be also contemplated, with experience in tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Team player. Be able to interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule.
